Lari Bakery Return and Refund Policy
At Lari Bakery, we take pride in creating custom cakes and treats to your specifications, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Order Cancellation:
• Orders may be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
• Orders canceled within 7 days of delivery will incur a 50% fee, as we may have already begun preparations for your custom order.
2. Refunds:
• Refunds are only available for products with quality issues caused by the bakery (e.g., incorrect design or flavor).
• Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on design or flavor preferences once the order is completed as requested.
3. Delivery:
• We ensure that all items leave our premises in excellent condition. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs once the product has delivered.
• For any issues related to delivery, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.
4. Alterations:
• Minor adjustments requested upon delivery will be accommodated whenever possible, but major changes may not be feasible at that time.
